“The store was large and had a massive sale going on. The staff was very helpful asking me if I needed help every so often, I spent a lot of time there. There was so much ground to cover and I wanted to see everything! One thing that I was a little disappointed in is the lack of glassware for the kitchen. I was looking particularly for Pyrex containers to switch out my plastic containers and there were only individual ones, no sets. No fault of the staff, I would have expected a container store to have more container options for meal prep that do not involve plastics.”

“Super excited to find what I was looking for at a great price. This store has some excellent outdoor merchandise. Managed to find a three piece concrete dragon statue. Great artwork, statues and collectibles for reasonable prices. I wish I lived closer but it's worth the drive. Employees at checkout are courteous and helpful. They carefully wrap your purchases for protection too. Excellent location.”
“I had a 5-star experience working with Ethan Allen in Novi, especially with Nikki, their design expert. She was incredibly helpful in guiding me through a full living room redesign—from paint color to sofa fabric and color, all the way to coordinating a new ottoman and curtains.
There are so many details to think through, and having someone with her expertise made all the difference. She really helped bring everything together in a way I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own.
