I had such a great experience with Troy. He was so kind and took the time to clean my ring beautifully, then walked me around the store and showed me different pieces. I really appreciated how genuine and friendly he was, and that he took the time to chat with me without making me feel rushed. Excellent customer service!

Emil and Candace helped me on multiple occasions.
