The Container Store in Novi offers storage and organization solutions for the home and office, including innovative custom closets and shelving. The store is open for limited-capacity shopping and provides contactless curbside pickup. It is a large store with lots of containers for anything you need to store. The staff is very nice and takes great delight in their work, helping customers find even hard-to-find items with attention to every detail. For remodeling projects like closets or garages, the dedicated team provides detailed consultations, takes measurements, and patiently saves designs for phased projects. The installers do a very nice job, resulting in a polished end result. For some projects, it is best to line up third-party contractors ahead of time for work not included in the purchase. Shopping in person is recommended to see how items look and feel.

Closet organizer system
Julie did a great job listening to both me and my spouse about our needs for a closet system. She created one and it was perfect! Picked up a feed odds and ends and the cashier was friendly. Just what you expect from a retail store
