Had a great shopping experience with Jacob who showed me a wide variety of backpacks and ended up picking the Nomadic. Very happy with it and looking forward to using for travel. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. I had planned to drop off a bag for repair. An hour later I was able to pick it up without having to make a return trip. Awesome. Jacob is very customer focused. The Somerset location could take a few pointers from him.
