“I am content living here. I feel safe and secure. The building is kept clean at all times. Majority of staff is very pleasant. I love my balcony. Only thing I wish was available is an in unit washer and dryer. I hate going to laundry room. However I do highly recommend this community for seniors. I do not participate in function, but they do have plenty to enjoy.”
“I spoke to the manager this morning regarding an apartment that was supposed to be available for me on June 7. It was not available on June 7. They told me the move-in date would be June 14 at this time I had to move someplace else because the apartment wasn’t ready my refund deposit was not refunded to me. It was told to me that if I want my refund back, it would have to be done within 48 hours. I would not ask for a refund once I’ve been approved for an apartment looking for a move-in date of June 7. I talked to the manager who was very rude And hung up on me. I do not recommend anybody going through this process with them because they truly truly have done me wrong.”

“Moved in not too long ago and everything has been great. Lisa helped me get all moved in and was very nice. Maintenance is very good as well. Very affordable rent. The apartment rooms look great and they take good care of the apartment rooms. Everything was clean when I moved in my apartment. The hallways are a little dark but other than that everything is great!”
