I have 4 nieces and 2 nephews and ALWAYS find something in here for one or more of them.During quarantine, the owner of the store went above and beyond and locally delivered baby gifts that I needed for remote showers. “My experience was absolutely awesome! I had a great time with my coworkers and our teacher Allison was an absolute GEM. Dying the items only requires your open mind (no artist talent necessary ???) . Allison was there to help as much or as little as we wanted. All the dye colors choices were beautiful and endless. The shop is very cute and there's plenty of items you'll want to buy for yourself as well as inspiration when dying your own items. Pickup was a breeze as well and Tammy was a joy during this time. She was great to speak with. It's always fun to have fun, but what puts the cherry on top is being able to give back to the community while doing it. I can safely speak on my groups behal and say a great time was had by all. I know a few people in my group have been there multiple times and I will definitely be back. Thanks for a great time.”
“The Carhartt clothing store is always great. With many options in house for purchase. But, what makes this place so special is the Carhartt WorkShop on the second floor. Literally a library of almost any tool you might need for any project, be it lawn, home, or even repairing your vehicle. The tools are actually free to borrow, just like going to the library. Be sure to bring those tools back on time folks because they are very nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable, but they are also very serious about getting their tools back and will prosecute in a heartbeat. If you're not a nefarious individual and handy with tools, this is the ultimate man caver's dream shop!!!”

“Today I visited the old navy store with my son, to pick up a few uniforms for school. The person that helped me was so kind, she helped me find pants to shirts for him.While in the store he asked her if a mario brothers bookbag was free and she kindly replied no it's $13. He looked at that bookbag and I knew he wanted it but I couldn't buy it today. To my surprise, when I checked out the cashier stated, I have something for you at the end of the counter. The lady that helped me had purchased to bookbag for him. I almost started crying in the store.
Thank you for the kindness you showed my little one, we will never forget what you did today. Old Navy you now have a regular costumer. I will return back to buy that sweet lady lunch!!

“I have recently starting shopping at JCP again and have been pleasantly surprised by changes since I was last there. My only issue is that the Troy, MI store is not open until 11 a.m. on Saturday. They lost my business twice because of that since I needed to find something earlier in the morning.”

“I have been to this location a few times and have always had a good experience. The store is clean and stocked, and the employees are helpful (but not annoyingly so, especially if you don't need help). They let you shop and don't get in your way (which I personally prefer). I don't live here (my sister does), and I haven't purchased anything from this location, so I cannot speak to how easy it is to return or exchange at this location.”
