I called at 2:08 on 11/28. The lady who answered the phone when I got transferred to the pharmacy was rude and hung up on me. Please hire nicer people to answer the pharmacy phone
Do better, Pharmacy Mgmt. The drive thru window is closed ("COVID testing only"), and the inside line is 15 people deep. I realize we all have staffing issues, sometimes....but figure it out. We deserve better.
This location does NOT staff their store or pharmacy sufficiently. They frequently close early, without warning, leaving people like me without the medications we need. The few employees who remain are struggling. Management and above needs to get it together. Worst experience at a CVS ever.
