“I got stuck in Oak Park, MI because of a snowstorm and did not have any of my medications, of which I take a lot. I was panicked by not having these important medicines. Lincoln RX was so accommodating contacting my home pharmacy, finding me a coupon for a discount on a pricey out of pocket eye medication and calling me to keep me up-to-date on the status of what prescriptions they received. Their help to me during this emergency is noted and very appreciated.”

“The pharmacist is great, always is very helpful, I never have any issues like I always have at other pharmacies. Fast service, even when I come in, I don’t have to wait more than ten minutes.”

“They've always been very friendly when I have arrived at the store. I've noticed there are certain times which are best as far as fewer customers waiting in line. I've found no issues with cleanliness. Sometimes products aren't as available that I would like. Having packages at times arrive there from UPS has been quite helpful. [IT'S MUCH BETTER THAN THE WALGREENS ACROSS THE ROAD FROM IT]”

“It's not the best by any means and sometimes it is a very good idea not to enter the store due to lack of staffing and long lines, even in self-checkout.For the past few months I've only done pick-up and been most happy about the situation. The supervisor I just met and others are always very polite and but for 1 time out of about 12, it took a little longer than expected.Overall, I'm really happy with this location for how I use it - PICKUP ONLY. If I want to go inside a store I'll go to the Aldi's next door.”

“Kroger is one of my favorite places to shop for groceries. I appreciate the variety of products, convenient locations, great deals, and rewards that help make every shopping trip more worthwhile. There are always plenty of options to choose from, and the savings opportunities are a wonderful bonus. Kroger continues to be one of my number-one shopping spots for quality, convenience, and value.”

“After having consistently bad experiences with the local CVS pharmacy, due to a change of insurance I had to switch to Kroger pharmacy. I have been to this pharmacy several times since and have always had excellent service and the people working the pharmacy were very pleasant to deal with. I picked up some prescriptions today and told Jeanne that I had a coupon for a discount on one of the prescriptions and she told me we already have a coupon for your prescription. By automatically applying that coupon without me asking they saved me over half on my prescription. Thank you Jeanne for the excellent service.”
