When I arrived, he was ready to take care of business! He was knowledgeable about the phone, could answer all questions, did not try to over charge me, and introduced me to Direct TV which has now made me switch from COMCAST! He took care of reloading the new phone, iphone MAC PRO with ease, put the clear screen and new case on, and walked thru some things about Direct TV and he took care of each transaction with ease! He was very careful and asked lots of questions to help him find the issue. Unfortunately he was not able to fix it and we had to get him another phone. Sam was very helpful and asked what his needs were and he was able to pick a new phone. I was even able to get my phone screen repaired there. All for a very good price.
