Apparently, it was sold in the last few years, but the excellent customer service has not changed.
A recent trip there reinforced why this is, by far, the best camera shop anywhere in the Detroit Metropolitan area. The store is staffed with compassionate, knowledgeable, and nice people.
You simply can’t do better than Woodward Camera.”
“I ordered custom tags for a graduation party and at first they weren't exactly as I would like so ai talked to the ladies there to make some changes. The owner called me and met with me in person to be sure they got it EXACTLY as I wanted. He gave me 100% care and attention. I have since gone back for Baby shower favors I wanted printed with my custom painting on them. They are beautiful! The owner is very professional and gets the job done right! I highly recommend Minutemen Press in Clawson!”

The staff shows excellent teamwork—each person is quick to step in and assist whenever needed. I’ve brought in important documents to be printed, and every time I’ve received outstanding service. In particular, Tyler consistently goes above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his expertise. This location is by far the best!”

He actually walked me through all the tech steps for my Amazon return which shocked me because at other ups stores they don’t care about that and just shoo me away. “I've been using this location for well over three years. Everyone I've interacted with at the front counter is nice, answers all my questions and provides receipts for drop offs when the self-service kiosk is out of paper. I use the kiosk to scan prepaid package labels and leave my scanned boxes at the front desk. They do have a prepaid package bin, but if your boxes are larger, it's best to leave them at the shipping station desk to avoid filling up the bin prematurely. I use this location weekly and will continue to do so.”

“This FedEx location is convenient and easily accessible from the main road. I've been shipping prepaid packages here for more than two years! They have a self service kiosk which makes it easy to scan all my prepaid labels and drop them off at the shipping center desk. The employees at the desk seem friendly and are willing to answer any questions you may have. Ground cut off times are consistent so make sure you drop everything off at 5-5:10 pm M-F if you need it to go out the same day.”
