“Called in about getting a display sword repaired. Arrived at the store an hour after the call, the man (wish I would have got his name!!) helped with the issue and even explained how to go about the repairs if needed to be done again. Also gave me a sleeve to carry it out as I didnt have one. Have been a customer before but I felt a review was needed for this, as this was beyond amazing customer. service. They also have a great selection of different anime merch, figures and posters.”

“They are legit. I need surgery and on list of meds, I though I lost an expensive Pokemon card at this shop and they helped by looking through their film to confirm I left the store with the card. Thank yall so much!!! A local Card shop definitely has stolen from me in the past and would not show me the camera footage, so it was a breath of fresh air getting this service, that you so much Eric!!! (manager).”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐ GameStop in South Lansing is a solid destination for any video game enthusiast. The store offers a commendable selection of games across multiple platforms, neatly organized and easy to browse. Although I wasn’t able to find a few specific titles I was hoping for, the breadth of their inventory still impressed me — particularly the variety of niche and lesser-known games that caught my interest unexpectedly. Beyond games, their stock of merchandise is equally enjoyable, with an array of collectibles, apparel, and accessories that add to the overall experience and give the store a vibrant, inviting atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where even a casual visit can spark inspiration for a future purchase. A thoughtful, well-kept store that succeeds in making video game shopping fun — just shy of perfect, but still highly recommendable. #BDH”
