“I rarely come to this store because there are three other hardware stores closer to my house however this one is now 4 for 0 on having a uncommon tools or parts that I needed that no one else in the area had.
Kudos to whomever runs this place. The employees are helpful, the store is well kept and stocked.
Going forward I will reverse my hardware store tour ritual, and start here instead of ending here.”

“This store is the ONLY place to get smaller key duplicates trust me I tried everywhere even ace hardware, Home Depot and Lowe’s. They only have standard house door keys sizes. A&G has almost every size. Plus there’s a nice doggie to help you pick out all other hardware store items.”

When we've had keys made at other hardware stores, there are always one or two that either don't work at all or work poorly. Not here-- these are perfect. This is a great go-to resource!”

“I bought some things for $21.79 and was bummed later when I realized I forgot to use a coupon I had for $5 off for anything over $20. I went online and some people were saying you could go back and they would do a return and repurchase and you would get the coupon redeemed, but it depended on the local Ace. Well, this place did that without any questions asked and they did it promptly and politely. They've helped me mix Benjamin Moore paints, which are top of the line and you won't find in the big box stores. Ace doesn't always have the best prices, but sometimes they do and their customer service is way better than you would find at Home Depot or other places like that. And, their monthly coupon offers are pretty good. So, this local Ace is great and I really recommend them.”

“Exceptional Service Review: Brandon at Ace Hardware (Baldwin Road)
I am writing this review to commend Brandon at the Ace Hardware located on Baldwin Road. His level of patience and expertise deserves the highest praise.
I was struggling immensely with a persistent leak under my sink, caused by a faulty pipe leading into my garbage disposal. Plumbing is not my area of expertise, and I was completely overwhelmed by the different parts and connections required for a replacement.
Brandon immediately stepped in. He was incredibly patient and took the time to assess my existing, leaky parts. Instead of just pointing me toward a shelf, he meticulously fitted my current components with the exact, necessary replacement pieces right there at the counter. He essentially pre-assembled the critical connections, ensuring I had everything required for a straightforward installation when I got home.
Thanks to his effort and attention to detail, the assembly and installation were simple, and the leak is completely gone.
There are many Ace Hardware locations near me, but Brandon's exceptional service at the Baldwin Road store ensures that I will only choose this location for all my future hardware needs. He is a fantastic asset to your team!”
