When I was ready to check out I said I have the art work also, she said two lady's just bought it. I thought she was joking with me. So make sure you have them put your name on it!!”

“Trina at the cutting desk and Kaitlyn at the checkout are very nice! We needed three to four yards of fabric of a bunny fabric - I was going to go home and order it online so we could get the 25% off discount. As we checked out Kaitlyn told us we could just tell her as we checked out! We bought bunny fabric and daisy fabric. Trina helped us - the first piece was not big enough. The second piece is close. My teen is very happy! It's like a Merry Christmas - but it's a hoppy Easter!”

“The team is incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful and patient. I highly recommend them if you are first time buying new floors, or experienced. They don't do carpets right now, but they said maybe in the next year they could have options. The options for other floorings are extensive and beautiful. The prices are reasonable too. It has been such a pleasure so far with working with all their team members (store workers, measurement team, installation team). We went in not really knowing anything, but they explained everything and didn't pressure me into getting one type of flooring or another. They also worked hard to make sure we were getting the best deal at the time.”

“This review is long overdue and I apologize to Hepplewhite's. I must share my great fortune in discovering this long-established store! Initially, I had Becky come out and "tweak" my living and dining rooms, utilizing my existing furniture and providing some key new pieces. She provided multiple options for new drapes which pulled each room together and created the look I wanted. More recently, Becky designed our new master suite and main bath renovation. She assisted me during the construction phase with color and material choices-- a huge help-- as well as advising on aesthetic considerations during the planning stage. Afterward, she reviewed the 100+ screenshots and photos I had gathered to convey what I was hoping to create in our bedroom and two bathrooms. Becky managed to distill those images into what is now our beautiful retreat, with soft colors, welcoming furnishings and bespoke details. Can't say enough good things about Hepplewhite's, Amy, and Becky!”
