“The lady helping us was great. I didn't get her name but the receipt says SHJ. I went to get a linen suit tailored that I bought off Amazon. It was.. well. Amazon quality. Thin material. She helped me notice that the pants were a bit see through before it was too late. And that with the price of all the tailoring I had to do on top of the price of the Amazon suit, I could have just bought a new suit made of better quality material. So I did, and I'm glad I did. It was much nicer and fit great right off the bat. She threw in the pant adjustment with the suit. She was done in twenty minutes. She was very friendly and helpful. And now I look great, and not like I cheaped out with an amazon suit. Thank you!!”
“We have been looking for a sport coat for my husband and we did not leave any store or brand but this store is the one with the best collection, fit and customer service as well. The moment we walked in the store, we were greeted by Justa. She is not just very knowledgeable but also very kind and helpful. “HOLY SHAT! okay so like, ive always wanted to go to hot topic because im trying to find my style, and ive really been wanting to get into alt styles. This was my first day going there, ever, and I was immediately greeted by the sweetest guy ever! I cant remember his name because I couldnt hear him ? i wish I did, but he was taller with straight bleached hair, an like a pink strand, and awesome demon slayer shirt! I THINK HE HAD GLASSES He like complimented my sweater, and was so sweet, and the clothes there is wonderful! As soon as I walked in, I literally felt myself smiling the whole time. (I felt so giddy...) anyways, for a broke teen like me it was a bit expensive, BUT SO WORTH IT. I rly hope everybody goes there, because everybody inside and everything inside is awesome as heck! If the worker is was talking to ever sees this, YOURE SO COOL MAN, TYSM FOR MAKING MY FIRST HOT TOPIC EXPERIENCE UNFORGETTABLE!”

“Needed a tailor fitted suit in less than 7 days. Not only do have I a beautiful suit to wear to my event, it took less that 15 minutes to find the perfect one. Staff was friendly and on-point with color combinations including ties, pocket squares and shoes. Love this place and will be my go-to for any formal wear from now on.”

“I have to say that this is the best Kohl's location that I've been to in years. There are several that are around my area, and most of them have only automated checkout kiosks,with the occasional return station that's covered by a human being.
Now, don't get me wrong, I actually don't mind automated kiosks, but there is something to be said about live interaction with people when it comes to checking out my clothing items. This location has no automated checkout kiosks, and I'm very happy for it.
The selection was a lot better than in most others. Again, I don't know if Kohl's has different distributors for similar products or what, but I do feel as though this was much more appealing, cleanly kept, and better organized and managed than most locations.
I must confess, I really hadn't shopped Kohl's that much for myself in several years; it was mainly for my family. Now, however, I'm really considering them for a lot of my new clothing choices. The quality of their selection is a lot higher, regardless of where it was actually manufactured, be it Vietnam, India, the U.S., or Mexico.
It seems as though they now have a higher standard, at least at this location, than the others that I've visited. So, I guess consider me coming back.”

“Shifman's & Stuart is a great place to shop for clothes at fantastic prices.
Stuart did a fantastic job in re-dying a black leather coat.
They have alterations, including shortening, altering pants, dresses, including wedding dresses.”

“Glad there are still clothing stores around because sometimes you just need to try things on. Yes the prices might be a bit higher than Amazon, but you are saving time in being able to try it on, see it in person, and not have to return. I like that the store is open late. Lots of different brands and lots of things on sale/clearance. If you do make an Amazon return here, you might get a kohls coupon with your return receipt.”

“Absolutely love this place, especially when they have their sales! Me and my boyfriend always go in and everyone is always so nice! Today we had gone in and were helped by tish and a fellow employee and they went above beyond! I found some boots I absolutely loved and at first we all thought they were out of the size but Tish kept looking in the back and found a 8½. I'm usually a nine but she told me the boots run big and they fit perfect. I was so happy!We were actually in the checkout line when a fellow customer service rep stopped us and told us that she had found some in the back and had told him over the radio! I finally ended my shopping here at the Snipes in Pontiac was greeted with the best customer service, and they had the shoes I was searching for in the right size. I was so happy, so very pleased and I completely forget the ladies name, and I even asked her for her name, And I still forgot my apologies however, The other employee that was also working, was just as polite I will definitely keep returning to this location As well, I recommend this location specifically Keep up the good work happy holidays”
