The waiting room is fully stocked for free, drinks, snacks and they have gorgeous flowers out front. Best in Waterford. You can be in and out for a complete oil change. “Started using this repair shop and so far I’ve been very impressed with their work and honesty. I took my truck in recently for a warning light for the battery and they could not pin point the problem as it could be the alternator or a wiring problem in the the end they suggested I take it back to ford as it could be some sort of computer problem. I was shocked to find out they didn’t charge me for their attempt to diagnose the problem. I will be using this shop again for tires, brakes etc..”

“Bob might be one of the most honest and genuine mechanics I've ever met, which is why I continue to bring my car back to him whenever it needs work. I learn something every time I go, as he will often show me the exact part he removed from my car and demonstrate where the problems were and what he replaced/repaired. Prices for labor and parts are very reasonable, and probably the best price you'll get for the level of care you receive here. He will never push you to get work done that you didn't ask for, but will keep a watchful eye out for potential future problems. Turnaround time is often very quick too. Highly recommend! Its hard to find mechanics you can really trust!”

“Brought my car here for a fuel pump issue. Dave checked it over and found that it was an electrical issue to the fuel pump. Fixed and good. Then another part of the electricals to the fuel pump failed and he fixed that part for free. He guarantees his repairs on the parts that he fixes. Good service.”
“I had some motor work done on my f250 last year in October, one thing lead to another, I finally got my truck back in late February with understanding that my a/c was also fixed this was told to me by one of their managers, come to find out it was never fixed. The old manager doesn't work there anymore, but the new manager Isaac, took a look at everything that was promised to me and made it happen, his mechanic chirs was awesome, everything is fixed, I am super happy, and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done, ? satisfied customer”
