All those guys - in customer service - Gus and Steve, all their mechanics - are like from exemplary, excellent book story.
They are very knowledgeable, but considerate, tactful, modest and very professional and friendly at the same time!
They create the atmosphere like you are among friends or family members. They explain to you all meander around your vehicle in the way that everyone can understand! There is no even one second that you could think that they want just get money from you and make business on your misfortune!
All those guys are presenting the highest skills in aspects of professional knowledge and also difficult dealing with disoriented individuals like me! Their honesty was many times evaluated and confirmed many, many times!
It’s not a coincidence that they are in business 36 years!

I have been going to this shop for almost two years now, and I can confidently say they are the absolute gold standard for automotive service. I brought them a nearly 30-year-old vehicle, and the team here immediately identified major, obvious structural and mechanical issues that a previous shop completely missed. I had been totally ripped off by that previous shop—paying thousands for lazy work and fake inspections where they claimed nothing was wrong—but the crew here actually took the time to do things right and caught everything.
What truly sets this shop apart is that they aren't just parts-changers; they are true craftsmen who take massive pride in their work. To take this on, with the massive amount of work involved here, you have to understand that first and be sort of a car enthusiast since it takes a level of time, precision, and dedication that a lot of people just don't have the patience for. “Started using this repair shop and so far I’ve been very impressed with their work and honesty. I took my truck in recently for a warning light for the battery and they could not pin point the problem as it could be the alternator or a wiring problem in the the end they suggested I take it back to ford as it could be some sort of computer problem. I was shocked to find out they didn’t charge me for their attempt to diagnose the problem. I will be using this shop again for tires, brakes etc..”

“Updating to good because they finally called me back to explain they were hit by two (2) recalls at the same time and they were absolutely swamped, and apologized that the automated service notification did not work as intended (they had set me up with a service appointment but I didn't get a text or email. I did verify there were two (2) recalls back to back and they seemed sincere. Hoping they can get things straightened out out technology wise and staff up.”
