“My daughter goes to school at Ol Miss. Her car broke down and I had it towed to their garage. The gentlemen I spoke with was the nicest mechanic I have ever worked with. I shared with him how I felt bad that I as the her Dad, couldn’t help my daughter in person. He went far above and beyond fixing her car, showing her what was wrong and how to check her fluids. 10/10 stars! Great job!!!”
“Our minivan was in a TERRIBLE way and in need of an engine and Gott’s came on recommendation from another local shop.
There was an additional day or two added to the time estimation in waiting on the replacement to arrive. As well another day or two for additional work/parts, which was revealed only after the replacement.
ALL of which was absolutely expected given the scope of the work, nevertheless the patience was well rewarded. They really went above and beyond.
