“Amanda Moore is hands down the best. Every single problem i’ve ever had she has gone above and beyond. I had an issue with fraud, she was on it and would follow up with me as much as possible. Recently my card would decline while trying to make investments and i’ve reached out to someone in the Genisys Chat through the app and nothing was solved. I had done this 4 times until I went in and Amanda seemed to find the issue and got it solved so fast. Thank you again!”

“My review is for this specific local branch and not the overall bank practices, rules, or remote customer service.Did an excellent job addressing my concerns in person banker overheard my issue with counter staff and went out of her way to help. When she was unable to resolve the issue immediately the branch manager followed up within 2 business hours to remove a hold on my check for me. This is my bank I use in the US and Internationally and I was happy they continued great in person service.I was happy to see there was still a reason to use a physical location as well.”

First, Rudy Martinez informed and explained the EIN requirement to me as this was a vital piece needed in my process and hadn’t been previously mentioned by others in the field. He continued to SAVE the day by fitting me into their already full schedule, wanting to make sure I received the right help and see my process to completion!! I next worked w/Alex Minarik who not only was very familiar with what needed to be done but he explained along the way as we completed the process. Also he typed the fastest that I’ve ever seen lol! While I was awaiting review and approval, Nick was very helpful in assisting me in making a deposit and issuing a cashier’s check. I apologize; as I’ve forgotten the Teller’s name but she welcomed me w/a smile as I entered and offered her assistance immediately. KUDOS to this ENTIRE Team as they were ALL very friendly and had the same goal to provide EXCELLENT Customer Service!! Since they were all SO pleasant and great to work with, I won’t mind making the 30min commute when in Michigan as I consider the Clarkston Financial Center my FAVORITE BOA location!!
