I had dealt with Verizon tech support for 3 hours earlier and ended up with no service at all, just an SOSand icon where the bars and LTE should have been. Hayley had my phone up and running and working my computer again. She is the best and was helpful later in the evening when I ran into another problem. She is a gem. If I had a business I would definitely do whatever it took to hire her. She could teach employees in other Verizon stores we have dealt with, a great deal about respecting customers, service and knowing their products. I believe she can solve any technical problem.
