“My wife and I were hauling a pontoon home to Upper Michigan when our transmission blew.. We called around only to find out it was going to be a week to several weeks to get fixed.. When we spoke to Joe he assured us he could get it done in two days... He did it in one! This man went out of his way to not only make us a priority, he drove us to the hotel while we waited for the repair and picked us up in our vehicle when he was done so we could go to his shop to pay. His shop was immaculate and his service was professional.. We have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for all you did Joe. ANYONE who lives ANYWHERE near Strobel Automotive should be using his shop... People are always looking for a good, honest mechanic no matter where you live. Well, Shelbyville MI. has one, his name is Joe at Strobel Automotive! We are forever grateful ? Ted and Roxanne”

“Tire blew out in the middle of highway on Super Bowl Sunday with everything closed. The only place that was open was this Walmart auto care center. Not only did these legends welcome us and took care of the tire repair but they did so very quickly. Bobby especially was very kind and helpful and saved our trip! 1000/10 would recommend”
