“Had the heat go out on my 2015 Ford Edge, took it to another garage and they could not diagnose. They suggested I take it to a Ford dealer. I went to Seelye and received great service. The issue ended up being a failed blend door actuator. The fix was completed quickly and expertly. NICE, HOT HEAT for the upcoming winter. Out the door for $450”

“I've been going to this same Uncle Ed's since I moved to Michigan about 7 years ago, and every time it was quick and easy, mostly due to the same bearded fellow taking care of business. I don't know his name but he's been there every time I go and he's been nothing short of friendly, efficient, and helpful to the point of bird-dogging parts from another store when time became an issue. Just want to shoot him some appreciation after close to a decade of service.”
“We were traveling out of town from Kentucky to Michigan. On the start of our return home we had a flat tire. Luckily we were close to Harrington’s Auto Service. We stopped in and could see they were busy. The lady making an appointment on the phone showed a booked calendar on the computer screen. We told them our predicament. Mark, the manager asked one of his men if they had an open bay. They did and he immediately checked out our tire and repaired it. Not only did her repair it but suggested we get new tires when we got home. Told us the issues and said they would be fine to get us home. No up selling just good customer service. We were out in 30 minutes and on the road to home. If I lived close to their location, I would take my car there for service. They are friendly, helpful, and did a great service for us. Thanks for making our vacation have a good ending.”

“I had a wonderful experience at Cole! My salesman, Josh, was wonderful to work with! He answered all my questions about different vehicles and never hesitated to show me other options. He was friendly and never once made me feel pressure to make a decision I wasn’t ready to make. He got back to me quickly with any questions I had when I wasn’t at the dealership. Once I did finally make a decision I then worked with Jake with the financial side of things. I can very much appreciate the raw honesty he gave with all the options I had. He answered all my questions and made this process run smoothly. He also never made me feel pressure to make a decision. “My husband purchase a new interstate battery in texas before our trip to Michigan ,when we arrived to Michigan we start to having issues with the battery, after a few days we finally found a store here in kalamazoo and we went on a weekend we explain our situation, they test the battery for free and confirm it was a bad cell, they took care of the rest ,very friendly staff ,very knowledgeable and very professional, we are very thankful for their help. “I have to say I had the most amazing experience here. After being crashed into at a red light I needed to take my vehicle to Body shop. This location came highly recommended and now I know why. From the moment my claim was sent over to when I walked through the doors I was welcomed and reassured all was going to be ok. Wil the wonderful man at the front desk helped me set up a rental through enterprise. I was clueless to this whole process. I’ve never had to make a claim or had been in an accident! He took care all the paperwork sent it over to Kay at enterprise for my rental. I needed to get to work that day and Will arranged a driver to drop me off at work until my rental was ready. The driver was amazing our conversation flowed so nicely made me feel very comfortable. I was going to sit in the back seat and he told me I was more than welcome to sit in front which I thought was very nice. I got to work safely, the night before was the first snow fall so the roads weren’t the best. Trevor kept me updated throughout the process and my car was ready sooner than expected a whole 10 days early. The whole team here is amazing! Totally exceeded my expectations!”

“This place always has excellent service! They go above & beyond. I can always get my wiper fluid filled for free, get tire pressure checked for free & of course they do the other things too! Recently they saw me struggling at the station across from them, trying to fill my own tire, one gentleman came over to me to ask if I'd rather them fill for free. I explained I would need to purchase one wiper blade & they offered me 2 for the price of one! Great value!”

“Went in for an oil change and had prearranged supplying the oil because I wanted a specific brand of synthetic. Tech used their synthetic and I noticed my oil was still in my vehicle when I picked it up. They offered to do a drain and fill right then but I didn’t have time. So they said the next service would be comped if I supply the oil. I’m good with that! At least they are trying to make it right with me which is more than I can say for a lot of places I’ve done business with!”
