“If you call the number ending in 8160 (during business hours), you will talk to a real person at the desk in Pellston, which is not the case for alot of rental companies. I spent several days trying to get a rental car for one way out of state and couldn’t get anything in Traverse City or Petoskey. Thank goodness for the friendly lady at the counter today.”
