I was diverted on a flight to Pellston Michigan. Yvonne at AVIS WAS EXCEPTIONAL! she ensured I had a car available when I had called every rental company in northern Michigan. I appreciate Yvonne going above and beyond!! She is a rock star.

This location gave me everything I wanted and nothing I didn’t. Yvonne was very pleasant and efficient and I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a reasonably priced rental car.
