About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental offers good prices and a wide selection of rental cars. The staff at the counter are described as friendly and helpful, with one employee, Miss Yvonne, being particularly kind and knowledgeable. However, there have been some issues with unexpected charges, such as a $80 gas fee, which the company's headquarters were able to resolve. Overall, Budget Car Rental provides a decent rental experience, though some customers have encountered a few problems.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience With all the help that Yvonne gave us to take care of a few things that were holding us up. She was so pleasant and so kind and we're so thankful for her help!

Yvonne went above and beyond for us when we had to switch our reservation last minute. Despite our confusion, she accommodated us with a smile. Boy oh boy, budget had our back! Also this car is nice. Thanks! :)

Yvonne is amazing! She helped me get an exchange when the 800 number told me I had a car but they were actually short of vehicles. She was a problem solver!
