“I forgot a pair of glasses rayban and when I called the office everyone keep skipping me or telling me they didn't found it in the vehicle I previously rented but after trying again the next day one lady, Macy who I need to thank especially because the manager or whoever called a day before didn't gave a shit he just pretended but Macy really did her best called the next customer after me to ask him to look in the car, checked with the cleaning them and by the end of the day she managed to found my forgotten pair of sunglasses so for her, I give this review customer service 12/10 amazing, hope this review reaches out to you ma'am”
