“I had to fly into Pellston Regional for work. On the flight from DTW to Pellston, (literally taxiing to take off!) I get a long voice mail from Yvonne, telling me my flight data had populated and i would be landing after they close. I took the risk and took the call. Yvonne answered, took my card info and my car was waiting for me when i landed. This woman took the extra care to check her pending guests, realize i was landing too late, and even though i had done Budgets pre-check, she knew to run the card, she needed the security code. She stayed after close, called me, gave me time to call her back, and got me set up, QUICKLY !! She did not have to do any of that!! Luckily, i was landing midafternoon, but what if it was midnight?! I was still in a new place and would have likely felt unsafe and stranded without a car. Yvonne is a life saver. If this is her standard of customer service, I will never hesitate to fly into Pellston and choose Budget! Budget needs to put her in the Training Manual!”
“This Avis location is absolutely exceptional!! From making my reservation with Lisa, renting my car from Nicole, to calling the office with a question and speaking to Yvonne, every interaction was pleasant and efficient. The vehicle I received was very clean, inside and out, and came with a full tank of gas. Their location is conveniently located inside the Pellston airport and their parking lot is just a few feet from the door. The Pellston Avis location did not only meet my expectations, but they exceeded them. I will rent from them again, and I will highly recommend them to anyone I know that is flying into Pellston”
