“I'm a regular diy repair homeowner that relies on google and YouTube. When my shower drain started leaking I needed to find a replacement part for the body only, since I don't have access from the bottom. I searched the internet for what seemed like forever and could not find what I needed. I took my part into Ferguson and the guy had me test screw my shower drain body into the parts they had there to find the right one. I couldn't find one that fit just right, so he searched all of Kalamazoo and found one in stock at a different store. I took a picture of the exact product I needed and headed out to buy it. My shower was fixed the same day! I needed it the same day, otherwise he would have ordered it in store for me. 10 minutes in the store with someone who actually knows about plumbing saved me a long headache and a lot frustration. When I got into the car I was boasting to my partner about how that's exactly what customer service should be.”
