“I cannot rave enough about how awesome the guys are here! When I accidently double charged myself with affirm, they immediately contacted me to make sure it was an accident. And when there was an issue with my tires being in stock Adam found me the best possible solution, and even tried to find me the best deal. “The Caliber Collision Auto Body company on Mosel Street in Kalamazoo is an excellent repair shop. Because my Vehicle was hit in parking lots I’ve had my SUV in on two separate occasion. My vehicle seems to be a magnet. They did exceptional work both times. You cannot tell the damage was even there. They also partner with Enterprise Rental Car Company so it was easy to get a rental which alleviated stress for me. Highly recommend.”
“Awesome customer service. They were able to get us in the same day I walked in to get some new tires and even changed out my headlight that I didn't know was out. Great people.”
“Knowledgeable staff and great prices. Very very kind and helpful, they fit me right in after a tire blew AND checked on me a few times - they're amazingly personable! Highly recommend.”
