“The office manager was very helpful. Her name is Ann. She was very nice. The tech, Ashton, Very thorough with the description of what needed to be replaced and/or repaired. My insurance told me that my vehicle will be ready on December 20th and I got my vehicle back right before Thanksgiving. ”

“Took a tire there for repair. Initially they said it would be about an hour but they were super busy. It actually took closer to 3 hours but they fixed (plugged) the tire for free. A few years ago I took a similar tire to discount tire on the east side of Kalamazoo and they were total crooks, saying the tire couldn’t be repaired. Kuddos to belle tire for honesty, integrity and accountability (said it would take an hour and when it wasn’t they did it for free)!”
