“Kassidy G. Is AMAZING!!! I have been having issues with a phone on my account for a few months now. I had been to another store where I was given incorrect information (SOHA). I was told the cellular capabilities were removed. That I would have to file a 250.00 insurance claim. Thanks to Kassidy I found out that was untrue.
Kassidy went above and beyond to resolve my issues! I now have a working phone!!! I didn't have to make an insurance claim either!!! Plus I am now saving an extra $50.00 a month thanks to her help!!!
