“Danielle, you really made my entire day. I got a new iPhone and somehow when I switched things over from my old one, there were a lot of errors. One major thing was that my business line that I use for work ( I am a solo practitioner) was not on my phone. That meant I was missing phone calls from clients as well as other attorneys. I panicked and I called Verizon and in that interaction somehow my phone was cut off. So I drove to Verizon.
