“This is a destination specific place. Do you wonder how you drove down this street and missed it? Well...let me tell you. The street isn't big and it's hard to look around at cars coming toward you and creeping along behind you and you trying to take in the words on a beautiful and classy sign in the shrubs and figure where to turn in. But the signs are there. 3 of them in fact on the day I was there. Quickly turn in the small driveway and you'll enter a small private parking lot behind the house. If it's full there then there is more parking visible in the back outside the fence. Climb the stairs carefully from the parking area and there you are in a shopping wonderland. A true Boutique. Not a thrift store so don't expect that. Find a unique gift for someone or indulge yourself because there is plenty of opportunity for that here. Impossible not to have fun here and if you are looking for a gift you'll be challenged to narrow it down to just one of anything. It's memorable.”

Laura especially has been amazingly helpful with framing choices in the past couple of years, reframing a tapestry I purchased as a teen in France, a seaglass picture from Marseille, a cross stitch sampler I made when my husband and I were married 30 years ago and, most notably, framing a battle-worn WWI trench whistle that my husband’s great grandfather wore while serving in the Royal Army. We also had a painting framed there that turned out quite lovely. Laura handles our items with great care and makes thoughtful recommendations.
