“The staff here is really friendly. I was dealing with a frustrating issue with my PNC account (not this branch’s fault; more of a corporate issue) and I was greeted by Amna who assured me she’d look into it and fix it. Very friendly, super helpful, and I was all set within 10-15 mins. The service in this branch is wonderful.”

“Friendly staff, I came in about 20mins before close and was still taken care of in a nice way. Was taken care of right away and given some useful information about my account that I didn’t know”

“Melinda helped me out with my Auto Loan to buyout my car lease. She was very through and called GM Financial ahead of time to make sure the process was done correctly the first time. Will definitely be going back”

“Not sure where to leave this review, but I was about to give Charles Schwab a 1 star review. Instead 5 because the transfer was completed at 1am thankfully. Not sure how though. On Maundy Thursday 4/18/2019, I needed to transfer some money from my Charles Schwab account to my Citi Bank account. After waiting 24 hours on Friday, the money had been withdrawn from my Charles Schwab account but Citi Bank had not received any notification of an incoming wire transfer. After contacting Charles Schwab about this issue they stated that Good Friday is an "ACH Holiday" and that the wire transfer would not be completed until Monday. This did not make sense to me because someone had already withdrawn the money, there were people working in customer service, and citibank had employees who were ready to receive the wire transfer. I was very upset because I needed to make a substantial payment this saturday and would have had to beg the biller to wait until Monday to accept the payment when Charles Schwab's ACH employees would return to work when clearly everybody else in the process was working.I think we get enough Catholic holidays off and for Good Friday to be a trading day, banks are still open, and a day before the weekend where many people travel poor effort on Charles Schwab to be properly staffed. It definitely caused me a lot of frustration and I venting here, but if anyone needs money before Easter weekend in the future make sure to start the transfer on wednesday at the latest.”
