I had an appointment nearby at 5 and promised to be back by 6, when the store closes. I know coming in last minute can be less than convenient for the staff. “Dave was awesome to work with. We had some transmission issues that were under warranty and he took the time to work with Ford to get the work approved. The parts were on backorder and he kept in touch with us while they were waiting for them. After that, it was decided the engine was damaged as well, and he worked with Ford again to get that fixed. Great place to do business with and it was appreciated how much they cared. I'd use them for any future service and consider buying a car there as well.”
