“I called up motorwerks to ask about a custom turbo kit for a 2011 bmw 335i and they said they would take on the job and to bring it in the next week. It was definitely a process because the kit ended up not fitting from the manufacturer but we were able to make it work by having lots of things fabricated to fit. Rusty is one of the best customer service and customer care people I've dealt with, he was super straight to the point and never over exaggerated any sort of time of anything when it came to the completion of the build. Greg did a fantastic job on the car, lots of things had to be fabricated and there seemed to be lots of tight spaces when fitting everything together. Recently got the car back and haven't had a single issue since and its running healthy as can be. pricing, time, and customer service was very fair. Would reccommend 100% to anyone needing assists with any repairs, diagnosis, or any sort of issues. 10/10 service. I will defenitly be returning if I ever need help with anything and will 100% recommend to any friends or anyone needing a job done well.”

“Finally, a shop that was able to align my recently lowered Infiniti FX50 perfectly. From shop to shop, state to state (business in Wisconsin, family in Michigan) nobody was able/willing to perform an alignment on my car. No 30 minute alignment shop is going to be able to align lowered/lifted/custom suspension and I’ve wasted time and money trying, wish i would have came to MPA to begin with but you live and learn! Will be coming to MPA for all my custom needs from now on. Thanks to Brad and the team in the garage for getting me right ??”

“I needed to find an auto shop to mount a tire onto the rim and found Monro Auto Services. Surprisingly, it was inexpensive, and they finished it within 20 minutes.However, one of the mechanics sheered the lug nut lock while mounting the wheel back on. Even though it has been a pain to acquire a replacement key from dealers and auto shops, I'm glad the shop took responsibility for their mistake and offered to reimburse me. Mistakes happen. Just do the right thing to make it right for the customer, and store manager Tony did just that.I haven't received the new key socket yet, but I will update this review once I get the notification.”

“I usually don't write reviews but in this case I am compelled. If you need some work done I'd recommend Jurgen without giving a second thought. He is honest and does the job right. I know more recommendations like these mean that I will have to wait longer to get service but I'd be happy for him to get the business.I just bought a used 2017 Mazda CX 5 and a couple of weeks later the bolt for the serpentine belt tensioner broke instead the engine block. I took it to one mechanic who kept it a week but because the location was not very accessible couldn't do the job.I took it to Jurgen and he told me that he was backed up for two week and couldn't start. I appreciated the transparency. When he got to it he fixed in a day. He also doesn't charge you an arm and a leg for his services that many other do.”

SOMEONE decided to cut my catalyst converter off ..Took my car To REDFORD AUTO REPAIR..IN GARDEN CITY..SAMI GAVE ME THE BEST PRICE AROUND FOR THE CONVERTER AND ENDED UP GETTING A NEW MUFFLER TOO..IT WAS VERY RUSTY ..THEY SHOWED ME.. “Found them based on the high star review and good feedback. Called a lot of places around town and they were the ones with the best ratings and prices. Had extensive work done on the muffler and a solenoid filter part replaced. They said they would order the parts right away and get it done as soon as possible. Two hours later it was all done. They even waited 30 minutes after close for me, so I could pick it up. Great team!”
