“Jurgen runs the best shop around. I had my clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing and flywheel replaced on my e91 recently.
Jurgen kept me updated throughout the work as we weren’t too sure what would be found when he got the transmission off. Got my car back quickly and everything feels great. He even adjusted my ebrake cable and cleared my check engine light for me. 10/10 work, would trust him to work on anything.”

“I took my Kia Rio in for an oil change and tire rotation. While inspecting my vehicle, the technician noted that both my engine and cabin air filters were quite clogged. Scott called to let me know that they recommended replacing both filters. They completed that along with the oil change, tire rotation and general inspection. All work was completed in less than 1 1/2 hours. They sent me photos of the old filters. The pricing is very fair and competitive. I will definitely use them again.”

“I understand appointments can run behind, and that wasn’t my issue. My issue was that I waited over 45 minutes without even being checked in. When I asked for help, I was brushed off while other customers continued to be checked in. Thankfully, Carlos noticed something wasn’t right, immediately took my keys, and had my tire balance finished in about 20 minutes. That tells me the problem wasn’t the wait—it was that I had never been properly checked in. Carlos provided excellent customer service and completely turned the experience around. I hope management recognizes employees like him and makes sure every customer is acknowledged and checked in promptly.”
“Honest, and extremely transparent with what issues exist, what’s immediate, what’s not. They send you a full description with photos and videos so you can see with your own eyes as well. They’ve been so kind I cannot thank them enough for the multiple times they’ve helped me with my car repairs. Unfortunately this time it was a matter of value of car/amount of repairs but even then they were very honest with me on whether it was worth putting money into the repairs or not. I hope not to need them in the near future with my new vehicle, but happy to know they’re there if I do and to anyone else considering - yes, use them they are great!”
