“The battery works great! However, it’s disappointing that the store representative couldn’t provide the torque specification for the battery terminal bolts. The star washers that came with the new battery terminal bolts are junk, as they tended to twist the battery terminal\\wire when tightening bolt. The Duracell battery I replaced had good flat washers captured to the bolts. I replaced them with good-quality flat washers instead.”

I will continue coming back. Last visit they tested my battery and alternator on a 16 year old Escape we just got for my daughter. He told me it was ok, but also mentioned that it looked to be misfiring and that could be causing my problems. Was recommended a fuel additive being it had old gas and it is running a little better after adding that and topping off with premium as recommended.”

“My second go to in lake orion for auto parts. Usually has the parts that Autozone doesn't carry. I really wish there was a O'Reilly app for parts search like autozone and advanced auto both have.
I'm giving a 4 star because one of the sales people was extremely rude during an attempted return. I purchased a 4 way lug wrench that broke on its first use.. I didn't have the receipt and I guess he couldn't find the purchase on my account, but they had another one in stock and he wouldn't just exchange it. I DIDNT want the money, I just wanted a non faulty tool. I guess I understand his point of view, but for as much money as I spend there, and as much business as i give them (i own 3 vehicles with over 200K+ miles on them) I was extremely displeased to be treated like a criminal and recieve such an attitude over a 20 dollar tool that could have been easily exchanged, uea it might have taken a but more paperwork or effort on thier part, but would have been a very simple one time show of appreciation on thier part.. Personally, this is the reason Autozone is my first go to.”
