“My first time at discount battery, they came highly recommended and exceeded my expectations. Nothing is worse than going to a car service business and being treated like I'm a gullible woman. Sean showed me all of my battery options, went over the warranties and didn't try to upsell me! One the battery was in the realized I had an issue with the connection to my headlights. He took the time to go through all of my fuses to make sure there was no corrosion on the contacts. He could have just sent me on my way. I have so much respect for someone that goes above and beyond because it's the right thing to do! I'll be coming back and recommending discount battery to friends!”

“Ordered golf cart batteries on line. The store called almost immediately saying they were out, but would have them in the morning! True to their word called the next morning that my batteries had arrived and I could pick them at my convenience. I picked them up a couple hours later - loaded them in my vehicle without being asked to do so. Told to bri f the old battteries back which I did several days later. The unloaded the batteries and gave me an immediate refund for the core charges. All associates were friendly and helpful and whether I needed any info, etc. Everything was no hassle and efficient.”

“I really appreciate two gentlemen today. They were kind, professional and helpful. I got my battery test and was suggested to change to a new one due to the end of battery life. I knew I had to change it right away since I already had my car jump-started twice within a day. But It was raining quite heavily outside and it could be dangerous to get the battery installed. Still, they managed to find a place nearby where I could park my car partially under the roof so the hood wouldn't be caught in the rain. The work was done quickly and so far no issue with my battery. Thanks again for helping.”

“Went into the Royal Oak Michigan store for wiper blades. The fella who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The computer was showing different sizes so he went outside and removed mine. Compared to the recommended ones and found I had the wrong size on the car. He went back out and installed them for me. A fine experience.”

“Stopped in today to get a check engine code after being turned down elsewhere. Glad auto zone turned me down though because Stan was so awesome, helped me out right away and set my mind at ease about the problem and its severity vs my two hour drive home. I unfortunately didn’t need to purchase anything but I’m sending every one I know on the east side to this store because a really nice guy took time out of his day to help me and did a great job!”

“We recently needed to change the rear brakes, caliper pins, and other components on my vehicle. We called and received helpful info from the manager, Ken. Later that day we went to the store and were greeted by Daniel who was exceptionally helpful throughout our entire experience. He provided us with valuable information, helpful tips, had everything we needed, and helped us out a great deal. We had to return the next day for rotors (our old ones were too damaged to turn) and once again Daniel was super helpful, polite, and provided excellent customer service. We also talked with Ken and he also offered some helpful insight regarding what we were attempting to accomplish. Overall our experience was fantastic and we highly recommend the O'Reilly Auto Parts in Lake Orion. They totally went above and beyond - something that is rare these days. Thank you!”

I have been shopping at Battery Giant since they opened, Having gotten to know the staff well as we were a new "green school" and recycling our batteries at their venue! Dave, Jim, Scott and Julie have shown EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I had purchased a rechargeable book light and the light had dimmed to a point that was un-usable.
