“I love this store. It’s always clean and organized. Very big, so items can be spread out neatly without any area of the store feeling cramped. Nice big isles so even when the store is busy, it doesn’t feel crowded. Great prices and I find myself even skipping stores like Walgreens for things like cold medicine or body wash etc. and saving significantly. Not the type of things I ever thought I would be choosing to buy at a hardware store, but as a a hypothetical example; say Walgreens has cold medicine for $5.99 but get 2 for $10. Forcing you to either buy one overpriced or more than you need to get some value. Meanwhile the same stuff (maybe different brand but same ingredients) at Menards is $2.99 for one (what I need). So I’ve gotten to the point that if Menards carries it, that is where I buy it. I find that Menards is cheaper on just about everything I ever need, and that is even before the 11% rebate. For instance today I needed high temp spray paint for a car project. Advanced Auto $17, Menards $9. And Menards carries so much! For any project, automotive, electrical, plumbing, organizing, lawn, on and on… I typically find everything I need here and get them at the best prices in a clean and organized store with friendly staff… then also get 11% back in store credit rebates. At first it kind of bothered me that their app doesn’t have reviews on the products, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and trust that if they carry it, I will likely be happy with it and so far nothing has let me down. I just moved to this area and the store is one of my favorite things about being in this area as I am renovating the house I just bought here. It is a running joke with my girlfriend and I when I tell her almost daily that I need to go save big money at Menards again.”
“If you have old fixtures and need a replacement part, older door knobs, like retro things, need wood or reasonably priced flooring this place may have what you need. Many different things are donated then sold at very reasonable prices. I donate working equipment here often and also buy here often. If your a handy person, builder or do it yourself type this place is worth a stop!”
“Amazing! Super honest, friendly and high quality work. We had one group come out and quote us for a 1000 bucks more for an unnecessary repair on our fireplace. These guys were friendly and accommodating to our schedule. Mike took the time to show us things and give us tips. These are the people to call!!”

She saw me looking for something, asked of she could help, and not only searched her phone but walked me to where the item was supposed to be. When we couldn't find it she did not give up until she located it in the appliance department. She then looked up an order for me and made sure the item could be delivered.

Eric provided details on all replacement parts, give improvements and then assisted me with pricing at cashier's with Barbara cashing me out.
I never had that much help from store ever!
