“Clean store. Occasionally it takes time walking around to find someone on the floor to assist you but whenever I have found that person they've always bent over backwards to help me. Anytime I've had to go to the customer service desk for questions, returns, etc. they have went above and beyond to assist me at this store / location. Thank you Lake Orion Home Depot!!”

“I went to Home Depot for screen door replacement parts and walked up to Eric and asked for help, he stop and took me to the location.
Eric provided details on all replacement parts, give improvements and then assisted me with pricing at cashier's with Barbara cashing me out.
I never had that much help from store ever!

“I've had great experience with Russell Hardware. They have an excellent hardware selection and the staff is always very helpful. Recently, I walked in with a faulty door latch and Bill set me up on the spot with interim parts and got the latch working so I had a functional door lock while I wait for the lifetime warranty Baldwin parts to arrive. I'll definitely continue to use them as my go to hardware source. Thank you Bill & Russel Hardware!”
“Sales associate William Hed was phenomenal with assisting us during an extremely stressful build. My supervisor honestly thought he was a manager with how efficient he was. They were surprised to find out he was just a sales associate. It looks like Home Depot needs to reevaluate William for a potential promotion. I'd hate to think Home Depot is stifling individuals with management potential in entry level positions.”
“We rented a 100 ft snake. The rental section is always on point. The team members we have scheduled rentals with are informative, polite, knowledgeable of the parts we are using at that time. There are no surprises on our billing after we return it. I always enjoy the team at Southfield Home Depot.”
“Meh, experience there on multiple occasions. Manager wouldn't hold a couple of items for me so that I could go get my truck. Had to go to home Depot and rent a truck because of it. They didn't even know they had the blowers I wanted and all.of the sudden they couldn't hold them for 2 hours. Have arrived at opening time on a couple of occasions and they certainly are in no rush to open the doors. Usually about 5 minutes after 6 it takes them.”

My go to home depot. Smallish, but has a rental yard. The tile Selection is poor and the trim for wood is small Selection as well. But the store overall is great”
“The people at Menards in Lake Orion and in Bloomfield Hills were so helpful to me. Even one of the GM's was humble and helped me on several occasions. I had no idea the he was the GM. I have had nothing but great experiences with Menards. There is always someone that makes themselves available to assist.”
