I wanted to edit this review because one I typed and misspelled a word and two because I want to further say,these guys are genuinely nice human beings...truly I've been in there at least 500 times for Amazon returns...not once have any of them been in a bad mood,they have never lost a package.they help people with stuff that isn't even related to shipping and receiving.if the other companies had employees like the guys at this store....they would never have a bad review.i never dred coming in there and even when my day is awful I always leave there feeling better because of how positive the energy is in that place...I really hope this gets forwarded to corporate so they can reward these guys for their hard work and excellent customer service”

“I wish I got the name of the person that helped me, this person had braids. I was exhausted and had one hour to get a bunch of expensive Amazon purchases returned and was having issues on the Amazon app. I was on the verge of tears when this amazing UPS STORE worker went above and beyond, asked to take over my phone and did stuff I didn’t even know about in the app. This person was cool and kind, ignoring/getting a nod to dismiss calls and texts washing away stress. Everything was taken care of including emailing and printing shipping labels.
This is customer service, it’s caring about others and being a partner to help solve problems.”

“Had to place a stressful rush order, as well as pick up a large, complex print order that was originally placed at a different location. The original order ended up looking PERFECT. The quality of both the foam core posters and packaging were great.
The best part of the experience though was the support from Cassie. She was absolutely fantastic in assisting with the new order. Despite the stress I felt, she showed incredible knowledge, patience and kindness — even when a line started forming behind me. It was a relief and joy to work with her. EVERYTIME I receive exceptional service and great results- so Eric (Sr. Mgr) is doing a great job of training and emphasizing customer service to his entire staff! On this particular order, he personally handled the job and even ran it twice when HE was dissatisfied with the results. He was great as was the resulting product- which was a timeline tribute to my mother on her 100th birthday! Thank you to Eric and all at the Auburn Hills store.”

“Ever have "one of those day" where everything goes wrong? I was running errands and hitting snags at every stop. My last stop was at FedEx. According to Levi's, the jeans I was returning required nothing but a quick scan. Yet, when I arrived TERESE, the polite associate said the return required the poly bag they were shipped in. I could buy a poly bag, but the Levi's return was free and I only lived a mile away, so I told the associate I would go home and retrieve it. She apologized and I proceeded to leave the store. As I was about to exit the store, she caught me and said I didn't need a poly bag after all! (As soon as I left, she looked into the matter and discovered the instructions I got from Levi's were correct) FedEx, you have a stellar associate in TERESE. I hope she is recognized for her OUTSTANDING customer service!”

“Open 7-days a week. I mostly use the self service kiosk for prepaid packages. Sometimes the receipt printer doesn't work after 5 pm during the week. Ground pickup M-F is at 5 pm. Express pickup M-F is at 6 pm and 2 pm on Saturday. It's usually two employees at the front counter if you need assistance. Limited amount of parking around the building.”
