“I had a wonderful experience at Cole! My salesman, Josh, was wonderful to work with! He answered all my questions about different vehicles and never hesitated to show me other options. He was friendly and never once made me feel pressure to make a decision I wasn’t ready to make. He got back to me quickly with any questions I had when I wasn’t at the dealership. Once I did finally make a decision I then worked with Jake with the financial side of things. I can very much appreciate the raw honesty he gave with all the options I had. He answered all my questions and made this process run smoothly. He also never made me feel pressure to make a decision. “I have to say I had the most amazing experience here. After being crashed into at a red light I needed to take my vehicle to Body shop. This location came highly recommended and now I know why. From the moment my claim was sent over to when I walked through the doors I was welcomed and reassured all was going to be ok. Wil the wonderful man at the front desk helped me set up a rental through enterprise. I was clueless to this whole process. I’ve never had to make a claim or had been in an accident! He took care all the paperwork sent it over to Kay at enterprise for my rental. I needed to get to work that day and Will arranged a driver to drop me off at work until my rental was ready. The driver was amazing our conversation flowed so nicely made me feel very comfortable. I was going to sit in the back seat and he told me I was more than welcome to sit in front which I thought was very nice. I got to work safely, the night before was the first snow fall so the roads weren’t the best. Trevor kept me updated throughout the process and my car was ready sooner than expected a whole 10 days early. The whole team here is amazing! Totally exceeded my expectations!”

They also were able to check some other concerns I had as well. They really seem to to be experts, can be trusted to tell you when something needs to be fixed or not, and charge fair prices. “My daughter's car overheated in the mall parking lot (during her first driving lesson!) and Ray just happened to be taking his break in a shady spot near us. He came over to help us and I couldn't be more grateful!!! I didn't know what to do and he offered to help.
I could write a book about how amazingly supportive and awesome he was, but in a nutshell:
-- he went out of his way during his break to help us
-- he was incredibly helpful and calm when I was panicking
-- he told us we could have the car looked at at the shop -- and called and asked them to do it right away -- and they did it -- and fixed it -- the SAME DAY!!!
I have Triple A, so we had the car towed there to be extra cautious and the tow truck driver asked why I was having the car towed to a tire shop when the engine was overheating. Kzoo Tire does so much more than tires!!
Ray was an angel (and I tried to offer him some cash because I was so grateful and he declined -- he's one of the nicest strangers I've ever met) -- and I couldn't believe that they fit us in the same day. It ended up only being a fuse (easy fix), but the kindness and support was extraordinary.
Kzoo Tire has new loyal fans!! Thank you, thank you, Ray!! And thank you to the whole team for making some magic (and relieving A LOT of stress that day :)”
“UPDATE: 4 DAYS LATER... my oil is dry and leaking empty. Spent 140 dollars just to have it leak out because the plug wasnt put back in correctly. Thankfully I wasnt in-between Michigan and Terre Haute, IN when I realized this. Very disappointed. Hopefully my engine isn't blown. I give credit where credit is due but this was unacceptable

Got a alignment on a Friday, and before either even made it home got a lady hit my truck. I called Tuffy and asked if they would check the alignment due to the crash. They said heck yeah bring it up and we'll check it out. Took it 930 am this morning and they pulled it in and checked it. Fantastic service and great customer service! Thanks so much Tuffy!!”

“I had an outstanding experience with this company, particularly with Diana, the customer service representative who assisted me. I was searching for a specific part for my Jaguar, only to discover it had been discontinued. Despite this, Diana went above and beyond to help me find the correct part number—something two Jaguar dealerships in my area had been unable to do. She thoroughly researched the part, and although it was discontinued, she followed up with a call to inform me. Not only did she update me, but she also provided helpful information and suggestions for sourcing a used part.

“Its a Great Great Place, good service, nice employees, no wait is about the normal price, but I got premium everything, so it costs a lot more than normal doesn't have to wait long for the whole oil change and they were very informative. Specially to a girl who normally has her dad do her oil changes. They also let me know that I had some other things wrong with the vehicle that I wasn't aware of.”

“Not intending to buy a car, but realizing our present car was at the end of life and had nickle and dimed us and caused a great deal of frustration, it was time to look to see where we were at. We picked a car off the used lot to find out if we were at an approval point for loan to buy.Joe B, the salesman, was polite, patient, and helpful with all our concerns. He took us through several scenarios to get us to an affordable number and credit plan. Honestly, we didnt think it possible. Once we made the decision to buy the car we spotted on the lot at the right price and credit plan all else went super smooth.Joe then took us to Jacob for signing the paperwork. Jacob had already done ALL the legwork for us. He got our credit score check, called several institutions to find the lowest interest rate, took care of how we chose to make the down-payment, called our auto insurance agent to transfer insurance to the new car, and got all the paperwork lined up ready for us to sign.We left our old car there and drove our new one home.We felt the whole company's personnel were friendly and helpful above and beyond our expectations. “The gentlemen here were easy to talk with. They were thorough when repairing my AC condenser, for which the whole dash needed to be removed.
Upon completion, I could not tell that anything was ever removed. Everything was in place and as it shulould be. That is a BIG job. The AC is back to life!
