“I love Barnes & Noble pretty much anywhere I go. This one is closest to home, and I just love going here. Service is always fantastic, anytime I need to check out the lines move fast. These people are on it! The Starbucks inside too is delightful.”

“This is my favorite bookstore ever. If they don't have a book they will order it for you and there is an option to place an order online which they will have wrapped and ready to go for you to pick up. The table of contents Cafe/factory coffee there is excellent and there are many great spots to sit and relax by the windows. 10/10 best bookstore in Kalamazoo.”

“A real piece of Kalamazoo history. Right in the center of downtown does make it a little hard to find parking, but it’s within walking distance of Bronson park and the Gilmore parking complex. It’s definitely the cheapest place to get books in town, even if they might not have exactly what you’re looking for.”

“Good deals on used books, plus a great selection of new and recent releases. I brought in several books for trade-in credit and they offered between 1-2$ per book. Nice way to recycle and share.”

“Expensive to buy books from here. From the quick and easy is worth the extra money. And the service was decent. I just had to wait about 15 minutes before someone was available to check me out.”

“My daughter has graduated and I decided to grab some WMU swag as a proud dad!! I found the perfect hat. But man, I wanted an exercise shirt but I can't justify paying for the merchandise license fees of underarmour and WMU! Not a fault of the store, but still...there must be $40 worth of merch fees stacked on those shirts.”

“For what its worth, they hold true to their word and will buy your used textbooks. If you are looking to make a small fortune for your books, then you have come to the wrong place. If you are looking to clear off space from your book shelves and make a few bucks along the way, then this is the place for you.”
