“If I could give Kendra at the National counter a 10 rating, I would. Talk about an employee who cares about their customers. My flight was delayed from Chicago, and I was nervous I would have missed getting a car to drive to South Bend. When I turned the corner and saw her smiling face, I was relieved and very happy. She said she stays until the last flights come in, just in case anyone needs a ride. WOW!!!! (The time was 12:20AM) I work in franchising and to know an employee is this thoughtful and cares that much for their customers' needs to be recognized!! She is a gem!!!”

“I'm writing a review giving a certain employee a 5 star rating for her service but her personality. I found Amber Fleser to be pleasant, helpful, and she did her best to make us feel better about what had happened to us and why we needed a rental car. We were dreading taking the rental back not knowing the area and did have a little difficulty in finding the correct spot but she made everything better and helped us to calm down with our high anxiety. Very pleasant and kind just a happy person and knew her job well!!!”
“I stood in line for an half hour to drop my key off for return. They should have a drop of box or sign out to make new customers aware so they do wait in line to drop of our keys when returning their cars. Thank you”
