“Please, do not let these negative comments alter your mind about staying at the staybridge suites here in Kalamazoo. I’d like to extend a special thanks to Zesus & the night time staff. Tiffany and the kitchen staff. Our house was destroyed by the tornado so insurance placed us at this hotel, our family has been here for several nights but I must say the staff and hotel stay has been phenomenal. Zesus goes above and beyond to ensure comfort and happiness in his customers. I am a satisfied customer. Rooms were clean, laundry room was convenient, kitchen staff even accommodated that our family does not eat meat! Thank you staybridge! Byrd family appreciates you all!”

“Nice place! Came for a night away with a friend for a girls weekend. The rooms were clean with a comfortable bed. Loved having the ice maker in the fridge. I was sad to learn they didn't have a pool or breakfast (she booked it not me). Whoever was on the floor above us must have been tap dancing all night...very loud. But overall a great stay!”
“Staff was so friendly, the entire city block was out of power and they were doing their best to be helpful, they were still buzzing around doing their work and making sure everyone had everything they needed. Excellent response to a difficult and brief inconvenience. Thank you so much.”

“Super nice, neighbor girls are super friendly they must be super hard workers cuz they are always hot and not wearing a whole lot. Jamacians like to smoke weed with you, they invite you to their rooms and they said they have all kinds of cool stuff, candy, game systems, Im going later, I just have to leave my phone cuz they are friends with 2Pac so they have to be really sneaky so no one finds him. Omg! Going to meet 2pac.”

“When we first got there the price was a little higher because of the arrival early we looked at the first room and the furnace was off and they couldn't come in today to fix it another room was being remodeled the last room was nice and clean I would come to this one not the other one this place is a lot nicer and cleaner but I didn't know check in early was gonna be higher”

“Super clean and quiet hotel. The location is set back in a quiet neighborhood, but in view of the highway. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The omelet station lady was beautiful! Her personality and conversation were so welcoming, and she just brought a comfortable feeling for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay from an event at the event center next door.”
“Rooms are okay. They are clean but breakfast is too expensive for what they serve. You can go to Denny’s down the road and get better food. We had a non working refrigerator in our room but they did come to replace it. But left the broken one in our room taking up space instead of taking it with them.”
“First time staying here and my room was way bigger and nicer than expected. Didn't have a chance to do the breakfast due to my schedule but it smelled really good LOL Front desk was courteous and respectful. There is a pool, jacuzzi and decent fitness center. I will stay here again the next time I'm in the area. Hotel is close to vast array of bars, stores and food within 10 minutes.”
“The room was nice and clean. I was surprised that the bathroom and shower had Dove products (bodywash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner). Also, the breakfast bar was excellent. Fresh ground coffee, fruits, bagels, apple and orange juice, oatmeal, and other breakfast food items. I DEFINITELY will be staying here again.”

“It was late night check in. Room clean some problem with vending machine. We came down for breakfast about 830 some of food on buffet gone, eggs had been there for awhile. They did have a waffle maker, toaster, beverages, and some cold cereal with scrambled eggs.”
“Is a good place just wish had better price rates and monthly room deals would live there again then is by mini malls and Aldi block down almost plus target just over main road too 0 good for cigarettes or liquor unless on other side of Aldi at the big grocery store thereRooms: Decent rooms long as they keep bed bugs out was bug free and had my small dog with me too is good help there got his food and all within 2 block radius of it good location if love fast food almost next to you but Aldi was my go to bring hot plate for breakfast cooking and slow cooker maybe small oven ;) then be smart make own foodNearby activities: Lots to shop at is a theater too for new movies is animals friendly so good helpSafety: Is in town and near few Banks sure is safer then most like motel 6 way out 0 real protection thereWalkability: Easy walking and bus line tooFood & drinks: All fast food there Aldi and few bars target tooNoteworthy details: Is convenient and bus line and animals and children convenient help just need good money to pay daily rather be homeless then pay daily rate”
