Overall, a very easy and relaxed experience. Jake let us wander the store to test the selection of both pillows and mattresses. He was able to answer all of my questions and was very patient.

Shay was very knowledgeable and patient, I had a hard time figuring out which mattress would be best, and everyone I talked to there was helpful, especially Shay.
