“I do not live close to this post office but it was open today (Saturday) between 10-12 so it fit into my visit to Kalamazoo from Battle Creek. The clerk, Melody, was extremely pleasant and helpful and I was in and out in a matter of about 2 minutes, having a package to mail. Parking is convenient and there appeared to be enough spots for the busy times.”
“New to the area about 8 months now. I have not had a bad experience. The people working are nice and actually I enjoy them. I go regularly. I understand that people might be frustrated when it’s busy, whether that’s the customers or the staff. I honestly can say that for all businesses and our own jobs for that matter. Let’s give a shout out to the workers at this location.”

I agree with the other reviews on here about the long line complaint as that could be simply solved by just opening up the other customer service window, which is next to the other one! Place seems to have a small crew working constantly.”
“I never thought I would feel strongly enough to write a review on a Post Office, but I have had nothing short of great experiences here and go to this location even if I'm driving by another. The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful (which is especially appreciated as someone in their early 20's who has never needed to buy even a stamp before). The wait is almost always super short as well. Thank you guys for being the best!”

“This was my first time using this location. I found the staff to be pleasant and smiling when I came in. I was waiting in line when someone noticed me and assisted me quickly. The staff was knowledgeable and made sure my letter was proper before mailing. I was on my lunch break and I was in and out within 8 minutes. I felt my experience was worth a 5 star rating.”

“I wanted to give a shout out to Sheldeen (Drake Rd) and Jason (distribution facility in Oshtemo). I went online and requested for a package to be diverted to the post office for pick up rather than delivered to my house. I went to pick it up and it never went to the post office and was still at the distribution facility. Sheldeen called over there and Jason (a supervisor) drove it over to the Drake Rd office. I appreciated their excellent customer service.”
