“I do not live close to this post office but it was open today (Saturday) between 10-12 so it fit into my visit to Kalamazoo from Battle Creek. The clerk, Melody, was extremely pleasant and helpful and I was in and out in a matter of about 2 minutes, having a package to mail. Parking is convenient and there appeared to be enough spots for the busy times.”
“Always friendly service and shorter line at Schoolcraft! If you think your mail takes too long, deliveries aren’t even routed through here anymore, they go through Kalamazoo. So I hate to see the bad reviews because they’ve even gone out of their way for me to find packages that were lost. It’s my favorite post office.”

“This is 100% the place to get your passport! Lots of options for appointments, they were friendly and ready for us when we arrived. Less than 10 minutes for 3 passports and they even took our pictures.”
“This was my first time using this location. I found the staff to be pleasant and smiling when I came in. I was waiting in line when someone noticed me and assisted me quickly. The staff was knowledgeable and made sure my letter was proper before mailing. I was on my lunch break and I was in and out within 8 minutes. I felt my experience was worth a 5 star rating.”

“I had a great experience at the U.S. Postal Service in Portage, Michigan. The facility is clean, well-organized, and in a convenient location.
I went in to inquire about getting a P.O. Box, and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me the information I needed without any confusion.
Good customer service stands out, and this location delivered. Because of that, I’ll be returning soon to purchase a box.”
