“My things have in storage for 3 years and I really appreciate you keeping my things safe the onlyvthing I didn't like was when I moved out the man that was there didn't asked me my unit number that I was moving from all he said was sweep it and shut the door I was getting emails saying my payment was due and I received another email saying it was pass due I didn't like that you have to do better with moving out of the unit”
“Ive used a few storage facilities in the past and some were a pain. Jay at Kal Haven Storage was a breeze to work with and I was even able to do everything online. I was able to purchase insurance and even a lock that was waiting for me to use when I showed up the first time. I will definitely be using them again when I need some extra storage space. 5 stars easy!”

“Thais Sara head receptionist was amazing, she was polite on the phone, informative about the units and friendly during the facility tour.
She also went above and beyond to work with me with my reservation when there was a small number issue on the email.
The facility is very clean, however it’s a little jam packed so it’s kind of a maze but once you know your way around it’s ok.
The only downside to this property is the access points from the main road, the entry way is a little small and if you have a truck or moving vehicle it might be a little difficult to enter.
This place is perfect for the price, and the care the staff takes to make sure you are taken care of.”

“It was super easy to book my storage unit and when I needed to keep pushing the date back the customer service team there at the location was super helpful and very nice! The facility seems very well guarded as far as entry in and out. I have a 5 ft x 8 ft interior unit and walking into it seemed a little janky and not the most protected like the heavy steel doors you see on the outside. Makes me a tad nervous which is why I gave it four stars and not five stars. Guess we will find out! So far it's been easy breezy going in and out to move things in and I love the app. Overall very pleased and time will tell how the stability of the unit and security of the entire facility pulled out.”

“UPDATE: After a hectic morning due to a failure to get our reservation in the system, Aeryk got us hooked up with a truck and let us get about our business ASAP to get back on schedule. Upon returning the truck he was incredibly understanding to the situation and was just glad he could help us out!
Attempted a self pickup through their app at 7:30, and cannot leave this god forsaken facility. The app just directs you to call for assistance instead of guiding you through how to leave, and I’ve been sitting on hold for over 20 minutes now, haven’t even spoken to someone who can help. I’d rather haul my furniture by horse and buggy than use this facility, it may be slow but can’t be slower than this.”
