Although we decided to change services Danielle was amazingly helpful. She helped us with some final billing issues and was pleasant and helpful providing amazing customer service. We cant recommend her enough and if we return to Verizon it would be because of her.

Verizon store on Westnedge was beyond amazing , my mom had an old phone and they had to take endless steps including new emails and passwords to help get her set up, we even came back 2 days later for additional help. Thanks to the entire staff for kindness and tech help! Ellen Copeland
