“It's often harder to leave a good review that's positive one. And when things go bad enough that you start calling around looking for heavy wreckers, your overall experience is anything but positive.
We called every heavy towing service in Coldwater and they were the only ones that answered. And u have to say that I am glad they did. To say that they are reasonable is an understatement. I've had a 300 yrd tow cost my $1K before. Not the case at all with them. I used them again the next day to tow my truck to a service center and also for transportation to a rental car location.
The level of commitment and empathy was not what I was expecting from what many consider to be a predatory industry. After all, you don't call a tow because you are bored. As a owner of a tree company, I'm used to doing work that is necessary, but not exactly wanted. And to be treated by a towing company the way I treat my customers was more than surprising.
