“Traveling to get to South Bend, Indiana for my Cousin Mike 9am funeral, my car's check engine light came on by Marshall on I-69 when my #3 cylinder started misfiring. I called Coldwater Automotive at 4pm Friday explaining my desperate situation. They were kind enough to let me bring my car in at 4:15 pm even though they closed at 5:00 pm. The Owner John diagnosed my problem as a bad ignition coil on #3, ordered part and installed which kept him and his wife 20 minutes past closing time of 5:00. John did expert work and charged a fair price. Words cannot describe how grateful I am. These two good Samaritans are angels. Thank you.”
