The teller called and informed me that I actually deposited more and that would be reflected in my account. They actually reviewed camera footage to see who it was and reached out to me. “I went into the Berkeley location to get some documents notarized and was given excellent service. There were many pages and it was a bit confusing as some needed to be notarized and other didn't and some in not so apparent places. It took some time and I was helped all the way through, without feeling rushed. She was the young lady at the front desk when you first walk in and she made a some what confusing situation much easier. She even folded the documents up nicely for me and placed them in the envelope to be mailed off! Can't ask for more than that.”
