“EXCELLENT EXCELLENT customer service! I visited the indoor teller to make a deposit. I thought I was depositing one amount, but unknowingly deposited more. The teller called and informed me that I actually deposited more and that would be reflected in my account. They actually reviewed camera footage to see who it was and reached out to me. “I didn't expect to like this bank. After working a really terrible hack by an ex-boyfriend, the bank managers/account specialists (?) tolerated my lengthy story and gave me a chance to explain things. They helped immediately and immensely. As I waited briefly for my appointment ( you can walk in and sign for a chat, too), I noticed that the line for the regular banking queue, customers and the banking staff knew each other by name, quite often. I consider it more of a neighborhood bank feel, despite being one of the largest banks globally. Definitely recommend!”
