“My husband and I went in for an auto loan. We met with Arlena Miller. She went above and beyond explaining everything to us, making sure we understood everything step by step. It was the easiest most seemless procees. She made sure all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. Even though the percentage rates aren't great, Arlena made the experience enjoyable. Thank you Arlena. We will be making all of our appointments with you!!!!”

“Very efficient location. The staff use to be top notch. The two young men who worked there in the past were excellent. There is a new you man there who is as excellent. However, the young ladies I have encountered leaves a lot to be desired. One has a poor attitude and one have made mistakes on my account a couple of times. I do miss the Telegraph location. I will continue to do my banking there.”

“I didn't expect to like this bank. After working a really terrible hack by an ex-boyfriend, the bank managers/account specialists (?) tolerated my lengthy story and gave me a chance to explain things. They helped immediately and immensely. As I waited briefly for my appointment ( you can walk in and sign for a chat, too), I noticed that the line for the regular banking queue, customers and the banking staff knew each other by name, quite often. I consider it more of a neighborhood bank feel, despite being one of the largest banks globally. Definitely recommend!”

“Stopped in to utilize shared branching feature and read a few of the reviews before entering. It did take me an extra moment to locate the building because I didn't see a sign but once I reached the teller it was an easier and better experience than I had at a credit union in Livonia. It was quick, easy and the staff was really helpful.”

“Pnc is conveniently located adjacent to White Castle. The bank has no public restroom, but if the need arises while i'm at Pnc one is available at White Castle for the price of a slider. A detraction: The intersection of Telegraph and Schoolcraft Roads is often very busy. Some drivers operate as if they were going to a fire or as though they owned the road. -- tg”
